
Prospect House Care Home has announced that their chef, Paul Wright, has won the National Chef of the Year Award at the Great British Care Awards. This is a remarkable achievement for Paul and the care home team is immensely proud of him.
Paul had previously won the North West Great British Care Awards regional award in November of the previous year, and this year he went on to win the national award with overwhelming praise from the judges. They were particularly impressed by his introduction of a monthly fine-dining gourmet night at the care home, showcasing his talent and creativity in the kitchen.
The Manager at Prospect House Care Home, Sarah Stroud, commented: “We are incredibly proud of Paul. He’s an amazing Chef and really cares about our residents’ nutritional needs and dining experience. He always goes the extra mile for our residents when catering for them, he is a great ambassador for food and nutrition, we are constantly wowed and inspired by his passion to cook.”
